BUILT-UP TYPE ATTACHABLE-DETACHABLE SCAFFOLD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-up type attachable-detachable scaffold capable of easily assembling and installing a work scaffold used when manufacturing a concrete product,in a form for the product.SOLUTION: In a built-up type attachable-detachable scaffold, a scaffold installing channel is fixed in the longitudinal direction to an outside wall of a form, and an engaging hole is bored in a sidewall of the channel, and a scaffold support arm is detachably engaged-projected in a plurality at a constant interval in the engaging hole, and a scaffold plate is removably placed-fixed between the arms by predetermined fixation means, and a handrail frame is detachably erected in a predetermined place of the scaffold plate, and the other side edge of the downward bent scaffold plate and an engaging part formed in a tip part of the scaffold support arm are engaged as the fixation means for fixing the scaffold plate, and one side edge of the downward bent scaffold plate and an installation plate added in the longitudinal direction to the scaffold support arm are integrally continuously provided-fixed by a fixing bolt.
【課題】コンクリート製品の製造時に使用する作業用足場を製品用型枠に簡単に組み立てて取り付けることができる組立式着脱自在足場を提供すること。【解決手段】型枠の外側壁に足場取付用チャンネルを縦方向に固設し、該チャンネルの側壁に係合用孔を穿設し、該係合用孔に着脱自在に足場支持アームを一定間隔で複数個係合突設し、該アーム間に所定の固定手段により足場プレートを取外し自在に載置固定し、足場プレートの所定箇所に手摺フレームを着脱自在に立設し、足場プレートを固定するための固定手段としては下方に折曲した足場プレートの他側縁と足場支持アームの先端部に形成した係合部とを係合すると共に、下方に折曲した足場プレートの一側縁と足場支持アームに縦方向に付設した取付プレートとを固定用ボルトにより一体に連設固定することを特徴とする組立式着脱自在足場である。【選択図】図１
