FLOATING BODY TYPE FLAP GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deflection of a door body in inspection time for confirming operation,in deflection in water pressure acting time, without enlarging a thickness of the door body, even when installed in a wide place of a span.SOLUTION: A floating body type flap gate is constituted so that te tip side 2b of a door body 2 can rotatably foat with the base end side as a fulcrum in flooding time. A suspension beam 4 of providing a camber in a tip part of the door body 2 in an initial state, is arranged so that the camber is positioned on the upper side in the floating direction of the door body 2 when viewing the door body 2 of a falling-down state from the tip side. When installing the other end of a first rope 5 of installing one end on the tip side of the door body 2, on a counterweight 7 via first constant blocks 6a and 6b, the first constant block 6a is arranged so that the counterweight 7 becomes the lowest point in the middle of flotation or in the middle of falling-down. In inspection time for confirming operation, the other end of a second rope 8 for installing one end on the suspension beam 4, is installed in a side part door stop 3 via a second constant block 9 and a running block 10 capable of the movement for separating from the second constant block 9.
【課題】径間の広い場所に設置する場合でも、扉体の厚さを大きくせずに、動作確認の点検時における扉体のたわみを水圧作用時のたわみに抑える。【解決手段】増水時に扉体2の先端側2bが基端側を支点として回転浮上可能に構成した浮体式フラップゲートである。扉体2の先端部に、初期状態でキャンバーを設けた吊りビーム4を、倒伏状態の扉体2を先端側から見た場合にキャンバーが扉体2の浮上方向の上側に位置するように配置する。扉体2の先端側に一端を取付けた第1のロープ5の他端を、第1の定滑車6a,6bを介してカウンタウエイト7に取付ける際、浮上途中又は倒伏途中にカウンタウエイト7が最下点となるように第1の定滑車6aを配置する。動作確認の点検時に、吊りビーム4に一端を取付ける第2のロープ8の他端を、第2の定滑車9及び第2の定滑車9から離反する移動が可能な動滑車10を介して側部戸当り3に取付ける。【選択図】図1
