HEAT SHIELDING ROOF TILE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat shielding performance of a clay roof tile.SOLUTION: A heat shielding roof tile 1 includes a clay roof tile 9 and aluminum foil 40 pasted on a rear surface thereof with an adhesive agent 50. The clay roof tile 9 has a main body part 20, an underlap 10 on one side of the main body part 20, and an overlap 30 on the other side of the main body part 20, and the underlap 10 and the overlap 30 are respectively overlapped with the overlap 30 and the underlap 10 of the adjacent clay roof tile 9 on the same stage during laying the roof tiles. The aluminum foil 40 is pasted in a region including at least a central portion on the rear surface of the main body part 20, and is not pasted on the rear surface of the underlap 10 and the overlap 30.
【課題】粘土瓦の遮熱性能を向上させる。【解決手段】遮熱瓦１は、粘土瓦９とその裏面に接着剤５０で貼り付けられたアルミニウム箔４０とからなる。その粘土瓦９は、本体部２０と、本体部２０の一側方のアンダーラップ１０と、本体部２０の他側方のオーバーラップ３０とを有し、アンダーラップ１０及びオーバーラップ３０はそれぞれ葺設時に同段の隣の粘土瓦９のオーバーラップ３０及びアンダーラップ１０と重なる。そして、アルミニウム箔４０は、本体部２０の裏面内の少なくとも中央部を含む範囲に貼り付けられ、アンダーラップ１０及びオーバーラップ３０の裏面には貼り付けられていない。【選択図】図１
