FILLER FOR ARTIFICIAL LAWN, AND ARTIFICIAL LAWN USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filler for an artificial lawn, which is excellent in water retentivity, which prevents a surface temperature of the artificial lawn from increasing, and which is excellent in drainability, and the lawn using the same.SOLUTION: A filler for an artificial lawn includes particulate matter that contains porous ceramics, having a constituent obtained by burning a mixture of clay, a foaming agent and organic mud, as a component. A percentage of water retention is 15% or more, and a saturation water permeability coefficient is 0.1 cm/s or more. Preferably, the porous ceramics include 10 mass% or more of a calcium component to improve hydrophilic properties.
【課題】保水性に優れ、人工芝の表面温度の上昇を防ぎ、かつ、排水性にも優れる人工芝用充填材およびそれを用いた芝生を提供する。【解決手段】人工芝用充填材は、粘土、発泡剤、有機汚泥の混合物が焼成された成分を有する多孔質セラミックスを構成材料として含有する粒状物を含み、保水率が１５％以上、飽和透水係数が０．１ｃｍ／ｓ以上である。また、多孔質セラミックスは、親水性を向上させるためにカルシウム成分を１０質量％以上含むとよい。【選択図】なし
