PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary folding door that can be surely fixed at a closed position while decelerating the closing speed when closed, and can be fixed when fully opened.SOLUTION: In a rotary folding door, a first door and a second door are disposed adjacent to each other in a vertical plane including a door frame when closed, and the first door and the second door can be folded by hinge means provided on upper and lower ends of a vertical connection frame member connecting the first and second doors. The hinge means includes a pair of gears meshing with each other, and a pair of arm materials coaxially and integrally rotating with the gears. The first door and the second door are fixed to the arm materials at the upper and lower ends to have a predetermined distance from an outer peripheral surface of the vertical connection frame member so as to be rotatable, the hinge means is attached with an interlocking latch mechanism, and when the first door and the second door are at 180° from each other or parallel to each other, the hinge means and the latch mechanism are engaged and held, whereby the folding door can be surely fixed at a completely closed position while decelerating the closing speed when closed, and can be fixed when fully opened.
【課題】折れ戸を閉じる際に減速させつつ確実に閉成位置に固定できると共に、全開時にも固定できる回転折れ戸を提供する。【解決手段】第１扉と第２扉は閉成時に扉枠を含む鉛直面内に隣接配置されると共に、前記第１扉と第２扉は、両者を連結する縦連結枠部材の上下端部に設けられたヒンジ手段により折り畳み可能に構成される回転折れ戸であって、前記ヒンジ手段は、互いに噛み合う一対の歯車と、前記歯車とともに同軸で一体回動する一対のアーム材を有してなり、前記第１扉と第２扉は、上下端部において前記各アーム材に固定されて前記縦連結枠部材の外周面と所定間隔を有して回動可能に構成されると共に、前記ヒンジ手段は連動するラッチ機構が併設され、前記第１扉と第２扉とが１８０度及び平行状態になった場合に係合保持されるよう構成されたので、折れ戸を閉じる際に減速させつつ完全な閉成位置に確実に固定できると共に、全開時にも固定できる。【選択図】図１
