ULTRA-HIGH STRENGTH CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-high strength cement composition that contains water, cement and silica fumes and can exhibit sufficient flowability even with a small amount of water.SOLUTION: An ultra-high strength cement composition contains: a polycarboxylic acid based copolymer (P) that comprises a structural unit (I) derived from an unsaturated polyalkylene glycol based monomer (a) represented by the general formula (1) and a structural unit (II) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid based monomer (b) represented by the general formula (2); an oxyalkylene ether based compound (Q) represented by the general formula (3); water; cement; and silica fumes.
