ORIGINAL MATERIAL FOR DECORATIVE CERAMIC AND DECORATIVE CERAMIC
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an original material for decorative ceramic which has excellent heat resistance and fixability while allowing expression of the shape, color and texture with high accuracy, does not cause occurrence of cracks or breakage even in molding or repeated baking after molding, is suppressed in separation of layers from the substrate and is excellent in retention of the molded state of the surface.SOLUTION: An original material for decorative ceramic has a molding layer 2 which is formed by banking a clay-like kneaded body 20, with a specified thickness, on one side of a basis material 1 formed by first baking in a tabular form and conducting second baking at a temperature lower than the first baking temperature, and the kneaded body 20 is prepared by kneading 40 wt.% or more petalite in a clay-like state before the second baking and fixed to the basis material 1 by drying and baking.
【課題】形状、色、質感等を高い精度で表現することが可能でありながら、優れた耐熱性と定着性とを有し、成形や成形後の繰り返し焼成によってもヒビやワレが発生せず、また素地との層分離を起こしにくく、表面の成形状態の保持性に優れた原材の提供。【解決手段】第一焼成によって板状に形成された素地1の片面に、粘土状の混練体20を所定厚さで盛土し、第一焼成温度よりも低い温度で第二焼成して得られる成形層2を有し、混練体20は、第二焼成前の粘土状の状態において、少なくともペタライト40w%以上を混練した混練体20からなり、乾燥・焼成によって素地1上に定着する装飾セラミックスの原材。【選択図】図2
