MATING BEAM AND MATING COLUMN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mating beam and a mating column, easily formable by using general structural wood, arrangeable by being exposed indoors, and capable of also designing a burning margin excellent in efficiency.SOLUTION: A pair of wooden square materials 11 and 21 having a similar rectangular cross section are formed by integrally joining by fastening by a plurality of fastening machine screes 12 and 22 by superposing joint surfaces 11a and 21a. The fastening machine screws 12 and 22 are fastened to hole bottom parts 13a and 23a by being driven in via machine screw driving holes 13 and 23 formed on side surfaces 11b and 21b of one wooden square material 11 and 21. The hole bottom parts 13a and 23a of the machine screw driving holes 13 and 23 are provided in a depth position of not exceeding 1/2 of the length of a short side part of the wooden square materials 11 and 21, deeply by 30 mm or more from side surfaces 11b and 21b on the opposite side of the joint surfaces 11a and 21a. Plugs 14 and 24 are buried in the machine screw driving holes 13 and 23 after the fastening machine screws 12 and 22 are driven in.
【課題】一般的な構造用木材を用いて簡易に形成できると共に、室内に露出させて配置することができ、且つ効率の良い燃えしろ設計を行うことのできる合わせ梁及び合わせ柱を提供する。【解決手段】同様の矩形断面を備える一対の木製角材11,21を、接合面11a,21aを重ね合わせて、複数の留付けピス12,22でビス留めして一体接合することにより形成される。留付けピス12,22は、一方の木製角材11,21の側面11b,21bに形成された、ビス打込み孔13,23を介して打ち込まれて孔底部13a,23aに締着される。ビス打込み孔13,23の孔底部13a,23aは、接合面11a,21aとは反対側の側面11b,21bから、30mm以上深く、木製角材11,21の短辺部の長さの1/2を超えない深さ位置に設けられる。ビス打込み孔13,23には、留付けピス12,22が打ち込まれた後に、埋め木14,24が埋め込まれる。【選択図】図1
