DREDGING WORK SYSTEM AND DREDGING WORK METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a construction capacity in the dredging work in an environment of a low altitude head, while reliably preventing the contact of a working machine of a heavy machine to an existing structure.SOLUTION: A dredging work system 10 includes a work barge 12, a heavy machine 14, approach detection means 20, operation limiting means 26 and control means 30, etc., and bridge girders or piers are set as contact watching objects. Then, when detecting a working machine 16 of the heavy machine 14 coming close to the contact watching objects by approach detection means 20, an operation of the heavy machine 14 in which the working machine 16 further comes close to the contact watching objects is inhibited by the operation limiting means 26 until this approach state is released. As a result, the working machine 16 can be prevented from coming into contact with the contact watching objects. Also, a construction space can be secured to a range where the approach detection means 20 detects the approach of the working machine 16 to the contact watching objects, and thereby construction capacity can be improved while preventing the working machine 16 from coming into contact with bridge girders, etc.
【課題】低空頭の環境における浚渫作業において、既設構造物に対する重機の作業機の接触を確実に防止しつつ、施工能力の向上を図る。【解決手段】浚渫作業システム10は、作業台船12、重機14、接近検出手段20、動作制限手段26、制御手段30等を備え、橋桁や橋脚等を接触警戒対象物に設定する。そして、接近検出手段20により、重機14の作業機16が接触警戒対象物に接近したことを検出した場合に、この接近状態が解除されるまで、作業機16が接触警戒対象物に更に接近するような重機14の動作を、動作制限手段26により抑止する。これにより、接触警戒対象物に対する作業機16の接触を防止することができる。又、接近検出手段20が接触警戒対象物への作業機16の接近を検出する範囲まで、施工空間を確保することができるため、橋桁等への作業機16の接触を防止しながらも、施工能力の向上を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
