OUTER WALL FIREPROOF STRUCTURE FOR STEEL-FRAME CONSTRUCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall fireproof structure for a steel-frame construction, whose fireproof performance is hardly reduced even at an abutting part of ground materials and an abutting part of outer wall materials.SOLUTION: An outer wall fireproof structure for a steel-frame structure includes a plurality of vertically long light-gauge steel bars 1, and rectangular first gypsum boards 2, rectangular second gypsum boards 3, and rectangular outer wall materials 5, which are arranged on a surface of the light-gauge steel bars 1. Two vertical sides of the first gypsum boards 2 are positioned on the light-gauge steel bars 1, and two vertical sides of the second gypsum boards 3 are positioned on the light-gauge steel bars 1 different from the ones on which the vertical sides of the first gypsum boards 2 are positioned. Lateral sides of the second gypsum boards 3 and the first gypsum boards 2 are positionally shifted from each other in the vertical direction. The outer wall materials 5 are installed in the laterally long direction and fixed on the surface of the light-weight steel bars 1 with fastening tools 6 interposed therebetween in a state that two long sides thereof do not overlap with the lateral sides of the first gypsum boards 2 and the second gypsum boards 3.
【課題】下地材の突き合わせ部及び外壁材の突き合わせ部においても、耐火性能が低下しにくくできる鉄骨造の外壁耐火構造を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨造の外壁耐火構造は、垂直に長い複数の軽量鉄骨1と、軽量鉄骨1の表面に、長方形の第1の石膏ボード2と、長方形の第2の石膏ボード3と、長方形の外壁材5とを備える。第1の石膏ボード2の2つの縦辺は軽量鉄骨1に位置し、第2の石膏ボード3の2つの縦辺は、第1の石膏ボード2の縦辺が位置する軽量鉄骨1と異なる軽量鉄骨1に位置する。第2の石膏ボード3と第1の石膏ボード2の横辺は、上下方向にずれて位置している。横長方向に施工される外壁材5の2つの長辺は、第1及び第2の石膏ボード2、3の横辺と重ならず、留め具6を介して、軽量鉄骨1の表面に固定されている。【選択図】図1
