FOUNDATION WATER DRIP MEMBER FITTING STRUCTURE AND FOUNDATION WATER DRIP MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation water drip member fitting structure and a foundation water drip member capable of preventing termites and enhancing workability without degrading heat insulation performances of the building.SOLUTION: A fitting structure for a foundation water drip member 124 comprises: a foundation water drip body part 132 fitted to cover a space 123 formed between a foundation outer peripheral part 25 of a building 10 and an outer wall surface material 34 of an outer wall panel 62; an upper edge part 126 of the foundation water drip member installed integrally with the foundation water drip body part 132 on the foundation water drip body part 132 and energized upward along the building to come into contact with a lower edge part 122 of the outer wall surface material 34; a side surface part 128 of the foundation water drip member installed integrally with the foundation water drip body part 132 on the foundation water drip body part 132 and fitted on the outer wall panel 62; and an upper edge holding part 130 installed integrally with the foundation water drip body part 132 below the foundation water drip body part 132 and energized downward along the building to come into contact with an upper edge surface 50 of the foundation outer peripheral part 25.
【課題】防蟻性能を有すると共に建物の断熱性能を低下させることなく施工性を向上させた土台水切部材の取り付け構造及び土台水切部材を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】建物１０の基礎外周部２５と外壁パネル６２の外壁面材３４との間に形成される空間１２３を覆うように取り付けられた土台水切本体部１３２と、土台水切本体部１３２の上部に土台水切本体部１３２と一体的に設けられると共に建物上側へ付勢されることで外壁面材３４の下端部１２２に当接された土台水切上端部１２６と、土台水切本体部１３２の上部に土台水切本体部１３２と一体的に設けられると共に外壁パネル６２へ取り付けられた土台水切側面部１２８と、土台水切本体部１３２の下部に土台水切本体部１３２と一体的に設けられると共に建物下側へ付勢されることで基礎外周部２５の上端面５０に当接された天端押さえ部１３０と、を有する土台水切部材１２４の取り付け構造。【選択図】図４
