CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SHORT CORNER MATERIAL FOR INTERIOR FINISHING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method using a short corner material for interior finishing that reduces the transportation costs, enhances the transport efficiency and enhances the construction work efficiency.SOLUTION: A construction method using a short corner material for interior finishing comprises: a first step in which corner materials for interior finishing that are made shorter than commercially available corner materials are piled flat on a small vehicle and transported to a prescribed workplace; a second step in which at least two short corner materials are set on a straight line between a plinth on the floor side and the ceiling of the prescribed workplace, and overlapped portions of the short corner materials are cut and removed; a third step in which a short corner material is reversed so that the cut surfaces with an overlapped portion removed are not facing each other when the ends of the short corner materials are abutted, and the short corner materials are connected in such a way that at least the cut surfaces of the ends of the short corner materials are not facing each other; and a fourth step in which interior finishing that includes normal putty application is provided on surfaces of the short corner materials, after connecting the short corner materials.
【課題】本発明は、内装用短尺コーナー材を使用して、搬送コストの低減及び搬送効率の向上、そして、施工の際の作業効率の向上などを実現することを目的としている。【解決手段】このため、市販のコーナー材よりも短尺に形成した内装用短尺コーナー材を、小型の搬送用車両に横置き状態に積層して所定の作業場所まで搬送する第1工程と、所定の作業場所の床側の幅木と天井との間に、少なくとも2本の短尺コーナー材を直線上にセットし、短尺コーナー材のオーバーラップ部分を切除する第2工程と、短尺コーナー材の端部を突き合わせる際に、オーバーラップ部分を切除したカット面を対峙しないように反転させ、少なくとも短尺コーナー材の端部のカット面を対峙させないように接合する第3工程と、短尺コーナー材を接合した後に、短尺コーナー材の表面に通常のパテ施工を含む内装仕上げを行う第4工程とを有する。【選択図】図1
