DOUBLE GLAZING-LIKE STRUCTURAL FACE MATERIAL USING NATURAL WOOD AND WOOD FIBER-MIXED MOLDING MATERIAL AS CORE MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wooden double glazing structure which prevents shape deformation from being caused by absorbing/desorbing moisture in the atmosphere depending on four seasons, and which does not cause breakage in glass and hindrance to opening/closing of fittings.SOLUTION: Natural wood dried to a moisture content of 15% or less, or a wood fiber and natural fiber-mixed molding material is used as a core material. Glass is bonded to both surfaces by silicone or an adhesive with moderate flexibility and durability. The inside of a multi-layer hollow layer is filled with inert gas or dry air gas. Additionally, a double glazing-like structural face material is directly attached and fixed to a structure such as a building by a hardware device.
【課題】四季に応じた大気中の湿気を吸放湿する事で形状変形を発現したり、ガラスの破損や著しくは建具の開け閉めにも支障が生じない木製複層ガラス構造を提供する。【解決手段】含水率15%以下に乾燥した天然木材又は、木繊維・天然繊維混入成形材を心材とし、両面にシリコーンや適度な柔軟性を有し、耐久性の有る接着剤でガラスを接着し、複層中空層内に不活性ガス又は、乾燥エアーガスを充填した。又、金物装置で建物等の構造体に直接取付固定する。【選択図】図2
