EXPANDABLE HOLE-IN ANCHOR BOLT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt that can be adapted for its removal from a floor after placing and fixing.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 10 comprises a hollow bolt main body 20 and a driving pin 30. The bolt main body 20 comprises an expansion part 22 that can be expanded by slits 23 and a flange 27 with a larger diameter than that of a lower hole Sh at both ends of a residual bolt main body part 24. Thickness of the expansion part 22 is thicker than that of the residual bolt main body part 24 and has an inner diameter smaller than that of the residual bolt main body part 24. The driving pin 30 has a wedge induction part 32 realizing a wedge action while expanding the expansion part 22 at the lower hole Sh and a driving part 34 connected by a connecting part 36. The connecting part 36 has a smaller diameter than that of the wedge induction part 32 and the driving part 34 and a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the expansion part 22 and at the same time has a longer length than that of the expansion part 22 along a longitudinal direction of the bolt main body. Thus, driving of the driving pin 30 causes the wedge induction part 32 to be pulled out of the expansion part 22 and the connecting part 36 to be stayed at the expansion part 22.
【課題】打込固定後における床からの取り除きにも対処可能な新たなアンカーボルトを提供する。【解決手段】アンカーボルト10は、中空のボルト本体20と、打込ピン30とを備える。ボルト本体20は、残余ボルト本体部24の両端に、スリット23により拡張可能な拡張部22と下穴Shより大径のフランジ27を備える。拡張部22は、残余ボルト本体部24より肉厚とされ、残余ボルト本体部24より小径の内径を備える。打込ピン30は、拡張部22を下穴Shにおいて拡張して楔作用を発揮する楔誘起部32と打込部34とを連結部36にて繋いで備える。連結部36は、楔誘起部32および打込部34より小径で、且つ、拡張部22の内径より小径であると共に、ボルト本体長手方向に沿った拡張部22の長さより長い。よって、打込ピン30の打込により、楔誘起部32は拡張部22から抜け出し、拡張部22には連結部36が留まる。【選択図】図5
