The superconductive membrane unit contains a substrate and superconductive membrane. A lattice content of the substrate is 5.0Å to 5.5Å. The superconductive membrane is arranged on the substrate. The superconductive membrane contains YBaCuOand YBaCuO. YBaCuOis dispersed in YBaCuO.
