CEMENT-BASED MATERIAL, CEMENT-BASED MATERIAL FILLING METHOD AND PREPACKED CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement-based material capable of extending flow distance in water, a cement-based material filling method using the same and a prepacked concrete construction method.SOLUTION: The cement-based material is a cement-based material by mixing water, powder containing cement and a thickener, the thickener contains an aromatic compound having a sulfone group and/or a salt thereof and a tetraalkylammonium salt, a ratio of a volume of water Vw to the volume of powder Vp, Vw/Vp is 130 to 210%, the cement weight mixed per 1 mis 200 to 600 kg and the weight ratio of the thickener to the water is 2.0% to 6%.
【課題】水中流動距離を長くすることができるセメント系材料、及びこれを用いたセメント系材料充填方法、並びにプレパックドコンクリート構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のセメント系材料は、水と、セメントを含む粉体と、増粘剤と、が混合されてなるセメント系材料であって、増粘剤は、スルホン基を有する芳香族化合物及び／またはその塩と、テトラアルキルアンモニウム塩と、を含み、粉体の容積Vpに対する水の容積Vwの比率Vw/Vpが130〜210％であり、１ｍ３当たりに混合されるセメント重量ｃは200〜600kgであり、増粘剤の前記水に対する重量比は2.0％〜6％であることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
