PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road covering structure capable of easily removing sediment, by reducing weight of the sediment deposited on a roof.SOLUTION: A road covering structure 1 comprises a roof part 5 for covering at least a part in the width direction of a road R in the road R provided on the valley side of an inclined plane S and a pedestal part 2 for supporting the roof part 5 in a position separated upward from the road R. The roof part 5 comprises a placing surface 30 for depositing sediment and a large number of water permeable holes 33 for allowing water included in the sediment on the placing surface 30 to flow downward from the placing surface 30 by penetrating through the roof part 5 while maintaining a state of depositing the sediment on the placing surface 30.
【課題】屋根の上に堆積する土砂の重量を減らして土砂を容易に除去することが可能な覆道構造物を提供する。【解決手段】覆道構造物1は、斜面Sの谷側に設けられた道路Rにおける当該道路Rの幅方向の少なくとも一部を覆う屋根部5と、屋根部5を道路Rから上方に離間した位置に支持する台座部2とを備えている。屋根部5は、土砂が堆積される載置面30と、土砂が載置面30上に堆積した状態を維持しながら当該載置面30上の土砂に含まれる水が当該屋根部5を貫通して載置面30から下方へ流れることを許容する多数の透水孔33とを有する。【選択図】図1
