LIFTING/LOWERING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting/lowering device including functions in which pavement materials are stocked in a fixed position, moved to a higher position and further moved to the other position, and thereby contributing to an efficient conveyance of the pavement materials.SOLUTION: A lifting/lowering device comprises a receipt part 1 for receiving pavement materials and an inter-device movement mechanism 2 for moving the receipt part 1 in the device. The receipt part 1 includes a pyramid part 11 for storing the pavement materials and a frame body 12 surrounding the pyramid part 11. The inter-device movement mechanism 2 includes a parallel link 21 for lifting and lowering the receipt part 1 from a lower position to a higher position, and a hydraulic cylinder 22 for lifting one end 1a of the receipt part 1 and inclining the receipt part 1. The pavement materials received by the pyramid part 11 of the receipt part 1 are made to flow and transferred along the inclination to a bucket B of a transport heavy machine such that the receipt part 1 is lifted to the higher position as substantially in a horizontal state by the parallel link 21 and one end side 11a of the receipt part 1 in the pyramid part 11 is lifted and tilted by the hydraulic cylinder 22, and thereby a hopper device A is constituted.
【課題】舗装材料を定位置でストックし、高位置へ移動させ、さらに他へ移す機能を備えて舗装材料の効率的な運搬に寄与する。【解決手段】舗装材料を受け取る受取部１と、この受取部１を装置内で移動させる装置内移動機構２とからなり、受取部１が舗装材料を収容する角錐部１１及び、この角錐部１１を包囲しているフレーム体１２とを備え、装置内移動機構２が受取部１を低位置から高位置へ昇降させる平行リンク２１と、受取部１の一端部１ａを持ち上げて受取部１を傾ける油圧シリンダー２２とを備え、受取部１の角錐部１１で受取った舗装材料を、平行リンク２１によって受取部１を略水平の状態のままで高位置まで持ち上げ、油圧シリンダー２２によって角錐部１１における受取部１の一端側１１ａを持ち上げて傾けることにより、運搬用重機のバケットＢへ傾斜に沿って流して移すホッパー装置Ａを構成する。【選択図】図１
