ARTIFICIAL LAWN WITH CUSHIONING LAYER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved material and method for forming a reusable cushioning layer of artificial lawn that includes a cushioning layer of thermoplastic foam.SOLUTION: Non-crosslinked polyethylene foam is installed as a cushioning layer to be bonded on a backing material. An artificial lawn is installed on the backing material, and spaces between yarns are filled with a filler. The non-crosslinked polyethylene is reusable, so the material poses no environmental problem at all, and is especially effective as a weighty layer for reducing noises and vibrations.
【課題】熱可塑性発泡体緩衝層を含む人工芝において再利用可能な緩衝層を形成するための改善された材料および方法を提供する。【解決手段】非架橋ポリエチレン発泡体が、裏地に接着できる緩衝層として設けられる。人工の芝が裏地に取り付けられ、草の間の空間が充填剤で満たされる。非架橋ポリエチレンが再利用可能であり、したがって環境的な問題が全くなく、とりわけノイズおよび振動の減衰用の重量のある層としても有用である。【選択図】図５
