FIREPROOF COMPARTMENT THROUGH STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof compartment through structure that can prevent vibration of a synthetic resin pipe from spreading around the circumference and can prevent fire spread from a through-hole.SOLUTION: A fireproof compartment through structure 10 is provided for laying a synthetic resin pipe 16 to a through-hole 14 of a fireproof compartment 12 of a building while having fire-resistance performance, and a vibration damper 18 with a fire spread prevention function is provided between an inner circumferential surface of the through-hole 14 and an outer circumferential surface of the synthetic resin pipe 16. The vibration damper 18 is formed of a mixed material obtained by mixing a rock wool 20 with a thermally expandable graphite 22 and absorbs vibration of the synthetic resin pipe 16, and closes the through-hole 14 by expanding and crushing the synthetic resin pipe 16 in the case of fire. The vibration of the synthetic resin pipe can properly be prevented from spreading around the circumference, and can properly prevent the fire spread from the through-hole in the case of fire.
【構成】 防火区画貫通構造10は、耐火性能を有する状態で、建物の防火区画12の貫通孔14に対して合成樹脂管16を配管するためのものであり、貫通孔14の内周面と合成樹脂管16の外周面との間に延焼防止機能付きの防振材18が設けられる。防振材18は、ロックウール20と熱膨張性黒鉛22とを混ぜ合わせた混合材料によって形成され、合成樹脂管16の振動を吸収すると共に、火災時には、膨張して合成樹脂管16を押し潰すことによって、貫通孔14を閉塞させる。【効果】 合成樹脂管の振動が周囲に伝播されることを適切に防止でき、かつ、火災時には貫通孔からの延焼を適切に防止できる。【選択図】 図1
