PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating-film removing method capable of performing a coating-film removing work efficiently.SOLUTION: A coating-film removing method for peeling a coating-film 3 coated on a substrate 2, from the substrate 2 by using water, and for removing the coating-film 3 by collecting the peeled coating film 10, is characterized in that the collection of the coating film 10 peeled from the substrate 2 is performed by using first hydrophilic nonwoven fabric 8A laid on the ground surface 4 in front of the substrate 2.
【課題】塗膜除去作業を効率よく行うことができる塗膜除去方法を提供すること。【解決手段】基材２上に塗装された塗膜３を、水を用いて基材２から剥離し、剥離された塗膜１０を捕集することによって塗膜３を除去する塗膜除去方法において、基材２から剥離された塗膜１０の捕集を、基材２の前方にある地面４上に敷設した第１親水性不織布８Ａを用いて行うことを特徴とする塗膜除去方法。【選択図】図２
