PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear resistance hose allowing reliably positioning a stop for hooking a wire and the like in the middle of the hose.SOLUTION: A wear resistance hose 10 includes: an inner surface rubber layer 110; lateral reinforcing layers 120, 130 which are disposed on the outer peripheral side of the inner surface rubber layer 110, have fiber disposed in a direction to have an angle with respect to the longitudinal direction of the wear resistant hose 10, and restrict at least the peripheral elongation quantity of the inner surface rubber layer 110 at or below predetermined quantity; an outer surface rubber layer 170 which are disposed on the outer peripheral side of the lateral reinforcing layers 120, 130; and a stop 141 which is formed endless-annularly by a freely deformable metal line and which includes a winding portion 143 being a part of an endless annulus and wound so as to extend peripherally between the lateral reinforcing layers 120, 130 and the outer surface rubber layer 170 and a hooking portion 142 which is the remaining part of the endless annulus and projects outward from the outer surface rubber layer 170.
