PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation assist device capable of reducing an operation force, and a store fixture with the same.SOLUTION: An operation assist device 100 includes an operation part, a soft closing mechanism 8, a first magnet device 1, a second magnet device 2, and a mechanism part 6. The soft closing mechanism 8 reduces the speed of a second structure 5 at a predetermined position and automatically moves the second structure 5 to a closing position. The mechanism part 6 changes position relation between the first magnet device 1 and second magnet device 2 in a third direction orthogonal to a first direction D1 and a second direction according to an operation of the operation part 7. The operation assist device 100 generates repulsive force between the first magnet device 1 and second magnet device 2 when the operation part 7 is so operated with the second structure 5 at the closing position as to move the second structure 5 in an opening direction and generates attracting force between the first magnet device 1 and second magnet device 2 when the operation part 7 is so operated with the second structure 5 opened as to move the second structure 5 in a closing direction.
