EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT REINFORCEMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resistant reinforcement device, which uses an easy-to-understand earthquake resistance method, protects and reinforces one to three-storied wooden or light-steel-made buildings, and completes its construction at low cost in a short period without causing an occupant to feel inconvenience.SOLUTION: In order to regulate the outward deformation of an outer wall 3 caused by a displacement of a second-story floor surface 2 of a two-storied wooden building, a string-like member 20 is fastened to a fixing member which is installed on the corner of a base concrete 7 and a base concrete 8 at the lower part of an outer corner of an outer wall 4 opposite the outer wall 3; is run through a connection member 10 which is installed at an intersection of a first-story column and a beam right above the aforesaid fixing member, through a bearing member 11, a connection member 12, a bearing member 13, a connection member 14, a bearing member 15 and a connection member 16; is fastened to a fixing member 17 which is fitted to a basic concrete 7 at the lower part of the other end of the outer wall 4; and is applied with a preliminary tensile force by use of a tension-introduction tool. For each of the outer wall 4, an outer wall 5 and an outer wall 6, a string-like member is run along the outer periphery of the building and fastened to a fixing member, and is applied with preliminary tensile force.
【課題】平屋〜3階建て木造・軽量鉄骨造等建物に対し、耐震手法が分り易く且つ既存構造体を保護しつつ補強し、短期間で居住者に不便を与えず低コストで工事が完了する耐震補強装置を提供する。【解決手段】2階建て木造建物1の2階床面2の変位による外壁3の外側への変形を制御するため、外壁3の反対側の外壁4出隅下部の基礎コンクリート7と基礎コンクリート8遇部に設置された固定部材に紐状部材20の端部を緊結し、垂直上部1階柱・梁接合部に設置した接続部材10から支持部材11、接続部材12、支持部材13、接続部材14、支持部材15、接続部材16に通して外壁4の他端下部基礎コンクリート7に設置した固定部材17に結束し張力導入器具を用い予備張力を導入する。外壁4、外壁5、外壁6に対しそれぞれ紐状部材を建物の外周部に巡らせ固定部材に緊結し予備張力を導入する。【選択図】図1
