DOUBLE LAYER STRUCTURE PIPE AND FIRE COMPARTMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an open hole of a fire compartment to be appropriately closed at the time of fire even if an additional outer member formed by thermal expansion material is not applied.SOLUTION: A double layer structure pipe 10 is a synthetic resin pipe having double layer structure of an outer layer 12 and an inner layer 14, and is installed in an open hole 102 of a fire compartment 100 of a building. The inner layer 14 of the double layer structure pipe 10 is formed by expanding and forming a diameter of the pipe of synthetic resin. That is, the inner layer 14 is applied with a feature that application of heat more than a shape memory temperature causes the pipe to be shrunk in a circumferential direction. At the time of occurrence of fire, the inner layer 14 is separated from the outer layer 12 while a part of the inner layer is being carbonized and the diameter thereof is reduced to cause the open hole 102 to be closed.
【構成】 2層構造管10は、外層12および内層14の2層構造を有する合成樹脂管であって、建物の防火区画100の貫通孔102に配管される。2層構造管10の内層14は、合成樹脂製の管を拡径成形することによって形成される。つまり、内層14には、形状記憶温度以上に加熱されると周方向に収縮して縮径するという性質が付与されている。火災時には、内層14の一部が炭化しつつ外層12と分離して縮径することによって、貫通孔102が閉塞される。【効果】 熱膨張材によって形成される外付部材を用いなくても、火災時に防火区画の貫通孔を適切に閉塞できる。【選択図】 図4
