PIPE CLOSING MEMBER AND PIPE ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe closing member capable of preventing dew condensation water generated on a building surface material from immersing into a heat insulation layer along the pipe closing member even if a pipe closing member is used against a pipe having a heat insulation layer made of glass wool at its outer circumferential part.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a pipe closing member for tightly closing a clearance between a pipe passing through a construction face material and the construction face material. This pipe closing member comprises a seal part that is a flexible plate-like segment and has an open hole into which the pipe passes; and a base part for fixing the seal part to the construction face material. The seal part has a back board protruded and arranged to enclose the open hole at one face of a peripheral edge part of the open hole, the peripheral edge portion of the open hole is deformed to protrude like a tubular form along an outer circumferential surface of the pipe, and thereby a diameter of the open hole can be increased in compliance with the outer diameter of the pipe.
【課題】外周部にグラスウール等からなる断熱層を有する配管に対して配管用密閉部材を使用する場合であっても、建築用面材上で発生した結露水が配管用密閉部材を伝って断熱層に浸入するのを防止することができる配管用密閉部材の提供。【解決手段】建築用面材を貫通する配管と当該建築用面材との隙間を密閉するための配管用密閉部材であって、可撓性を有する板状部分であって前記配管が挿通される貫通孔を有するシール部と、前記シール部を前記建築用面材に固定するベース部とを備え、前記シール部は、前記貫通孔の周縁部分の一方側の面に、前記貫通孔を囲うように突設された水返し部を有し、前記貫通孔の周縁部分が前記配管の外周面に沿って筒状に迫り出すように変形することにより、前記貫通孔が前記配管の外径に合わせて拡径可能とされている。【選択図】図1
