FLUID HEATER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heater which can suppress the generation of the excessive heating of fluid when a flow of the fluid is stopped for a short period of time accompanied by the changeover of a flow passage by flow passage changeover means, in a fluid heater which heats the fluid, and supplies it to the flow passage via the flow passage changeover means.SOLUTION: In a state that heating means arranged at a fluid vessel performs an output, flow passage changeover means performs a changeover operation for switching the supply and stop of fluid to a flow passage from the fluid vessel, and when the supply of the fluid to the flow passage from the fluid vessel is temporarily stopped, an output of the heating means is feed-forward controlled at an output value which is not higher than an output value at feedback control before the flow passage changeover means performs the changeover operation.
【課題】流体を加熱し、流路切替手段を介して流路に供給する流体加熱装置において、流路切替手段による流路の切り替えに伴って短時間流体の流れが停止する際に、流体の過剰な加熱が起こるのを抑制することができる流体加熱装置を提供すること。【解決手段】流体容器に設けられた加熱手段が出力を行っている状態で、流体容器からの流路への流体の供給/停止を切り替える切替動作を流路切替手段が行っており、流体容器から流路への流体の供給が一時的に停止している間は、加熱手段の出力を、流路切替手段が切替動作を行う前のフィードバック制御時における出力値以下の出力値でフィードフォワード制御を行うようにする。【選択図】図3
