WASHING EQUIPMENT FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a washing efficiency significantly while having a compact equipment configuration.SOLUTION: Washing equipment for temporary construction material 14 comprises: transport means 20 for transporting the temporary construction material 14 by shuttle transport between a carry-in/carry-out stage 16 and a washing stage 18; a holding fixture 22 for detachably holding the temporary construction material 14 in a vertical posture to the transport means 20; a pair of washing robots 26, 26 disposed so as to face each other in the washing stage 18, and comprising a jet gun 24 for jetting compressed water respectively; a washing chamber 12 for surrounding the washing stage 18; means 28 for preventing striking each other of the washing robots 26, 26; a handling robot 30 disposed in the carry-in/carry-out stage 16; and control means 32 (figure 2) for controlling at least, the transport means 20, washing robots 26, 26 and handling robot 30.
【課題】コンパクトな装置構成にも関わらず洗浄効率を顕著に向上させることができる。【解決手段】仮設機材14を、搬入・搬出ステージ16と洗浄ステージ18との間でシャトル搬送する搬送手段20と、搬送手段20に仮設機材14を縦向状態で着脱自在に保持する保持治具22と、洗浄ステージ18内に対向配置されるとともに加圧水噴出ガン24を具備した一対の洗浄用ロボット26,26と、洗浄ステージ18を囲む洗浄室12と、洗浄用ロボット26,26同士が相打ち状態になるのを防止する相打ち防止手段28と、搬入・搬出ステージ16に設けられたハンドリング用ロボット30と、搬送手段20、洗浄用及びハンドリング用ロボット26,30を少なくとも制御する制御手段32(図2参照)と、で構成される。【選択図】図1
