FRAME CONNECTION METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure hardly slipping out and hardly rotating a frame connection metal fitting inserted into a metal fitting insertion hole of one frame member, even by vibration thereafter.SOLUTION: A frame connection metal fitting 10 forms outward projecting projection parts 17 and 17 on a side surface of a substantially columnar main part 11. When inserting this frame connection metal fitting into metal fitting insertion holes 25 and 26 of an upper frame 20, the projection parts are inserted while compressing by pushing inner walls of the metal fitting insertion holes, and since a state of biting in the inner walls is maintained when set in a predetermined position and direction, even if slight vibration acts thereafter, the frame connection metal fitting is not easily slipped down or rotated. When preset in the predetermined position and direction in the metal fitting insertion holes of the upper frame in a factory, work labor at a job site can be omitted. Since the extension direction of a rotary operation groove 18 formed on a main part upper surface 11a substantially coincides with the axial direction of a female screw 14a, work for roughly axially adjusting the frame connection metal fitting inserted into the metal fitting insertion holes, is easy by visually observing this.
【課題】一方の枠部材の金具挿入穴に挿入した枠連結金具がその後の振動などによっても抜けにくく且つ回転しにくい構造を提供する。【解決手段】略円柱形状の主部11の側面に外方に突出する突出部17,17が形成されてなる枠連結金具10である。この枠連結金具を上枠20の金具挿入穴25,26に挿入すると、突部が金具挿入穴の内壁を押して圧縮しながら挿入され、所定の位置および向きにセットされたときに内壁に食い込んだ状態が維持されるので、その後に軽微な振動などが作用しても容易には抜け落ちたり回転しない。あらかじめ工場で上枠の金具挿入穴に所定の位置および向きでセットしておけば、現場での作業手間を省くことができる。主部上面11aに形成される回転操作用の溝18の延長方向は雌ネジ14aの軸心方向と略一致するので、これを目視することにより、金具挿入穴に挿入した枠連結金具を大まかに軸心合わせする作業が容易である。【選択図】図4
