ABOVEGROUND OPENING PART STRUCTURE OF UNDERGROUND SPACE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an escape by allowing an operator shut up in an underground space structure (for example, a manhole) to open a cover of an aboveground opening part by oneself.SOLUTION: Means B for releasing biting-in of a cover 3 to a receiving frame 4 is provided on the reverse surface side of the cover 3. The biting-in releasing means B releases the biting-in of the cover 3 to the receiving frame 4 by slightly lifting a part of the cover 3 to the receiving frame 4 by manually operating from the inside of an underground space, and comprises a camshaft 30 provided on a reverse surface of the cover 3, a rotatable eccentric cam 31 journaled by this and a lever B arranged on the reverse surface side of the cover 3 for rotating this, as one example, and a distance between the camshaft 30 and a hook receiver 6 is expanded by rotating the eccentric cam 31 by the lever B, and the biting-in of the cover 3 to the receiving frame 4 is released.
【課題】地下空間構造物(例えば、マンホール)に閉じ込められた作業員が地上開口部の蓋を自力で開け、脱出できるようにする。【解決手段】蓋3の裏面側に受枠4に対する蓋3の食い込みを解除する手段Bを設ける。食い込み解除手段Bは、地下空間の内部から手動で操作して受枠4に対して蓋3の一部をわずかに持ち上げることで、受枠4に対する蓋3の食い込みを解除するものである。一例として、蓋3の裏面に設けたカム軸30と、これに軸支されて回転が可能な偏心カム31と、これを回転させる蓋3の裏面側に配置するレバーBを備え、レバーBにより偏心カム31を回転してカム軸30とフック受け6との距離を拡大して、受枠4に対する蓋3の食い込みを解除する。【選択図】図9
