PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generator capable of improving the withstand load of a solar cell module while preventing degradation of design and increase of the cost.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generator 10 includes: solar cell modules 1a and 1b including a frame 2 which is fixed to a solar cell panel SP and peripheral parts thereof; a cradle 12 which is fixed to an installation plane of the solar cell modules 1a and 1b; and a fixing member for fixing the frame 2 mounted on the cradle 12 to the cradle. The photovoltaic power generator 10 further includes a reinforcement member 30 which is positioned between the frames 2 disposed at both sides of one solar cell module 1a, 1b at the rear face side of the solar cell panel SP and fixed to the cradle 12.
