GROUND EXCAVATION MIXING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground excavation mixing device easy in maintenance, for efficiently executing site preparation of a columnar improvement body in a short time, by sufficiently agitating excavation soil wetted with cement milk, by exhibiting high propulsive power when excavating the ground.SOLUTION: A ground excavation mixing device 1 is integrally constituted by assembling a pipe body 2, drilling blades 3 and 3, first mixing blades 5 and 5, corotation prevention blades 6 and 6, second mixing blades 7 and 7, and a drilling body 8. The tip of the pipe body 2 is provided with a discharge pipe 4 being a discharge port for discharging cement milk of flowing down in the pipe body 2. The lower side of its discharge pipe 4 is provided with a cross-sectional semicylindrical dispersion member 9 for laterally dispersing the cement milk discharged from the discharge pipe 4.
【課題】地盤を掘削する際に高い推進力を発揮し、セメントミルクで湿潤した掘削土を十分に攪拌することができ、柱状改良体の造成工事を短時間の内に効率的に行うことが可能で、メンテナンスの容易な地盤掘削混合装置を提供する。【解決手段】地盤掘削混合装置１は、管本体２、掘削翼３，３、第一混合翼５，５、共回り防止翼６，６、第二混合翼７，７、掘削体８等を組み付けることによって一体的に構成されている。そして、管本体２の先端には、管本体２の内を流下したセメントミルクを排出させるための排出口である排出管４が設けられている。さらに、その排出管４の下側には、排出管４から排出されたセメントミルクを左右に分散させるための断面半筒状の分散部材９が設けられている。【選択図】図３
