HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE CYLINDER COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an interference problem between a cover extremity end and a bucket link by eliminating a surplus margin for use in welding a bolt protection wall under an assumption of a constitution that the bolt protection wall is provided at the cover extremity end.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a cylinder cover 20 in which one end of the cover is fixed to the extremity end of a piston rod 8a of a hydraulic cylinder 8 by a bolt 21 of a vertical direction so as to protect the cylinder 8 while being integrally slid with the piston rod 8a outside the cylinder 8 and a bolt protection wall 26 is provided for protecting the bolt 21 against an outer obstacle. A bolt protection wall part protruding toward the extremity end of a cover main body 27 is integrally arranged to extend, and the bolt protection wall 26 is formed by bending this bolt protection wall part to a side opposite to the cylinder 8.
【課題】カバー先端部にボルト防護壁を設ける構成を前提として、ボルト防護壁の溶接のための余剰代を不要として、カバー先端部とバケットリンクの干渉の問題を解決する。【解決手段】油圧シリンダ8の外側で同シリンダ8のピストンロッド8aと一体に摺動して油圧シリンダ8を保護するように、一端部がピストンロッド8aの先端部に上下方向のボルト21によって取付けられ、かつ、ボルト21を外部の障害物から防護するボルト防護壁26がけられるシリンダカバー20において、カバー本体27の先端部に、同本体先端方向に突出するボルト防護壁部を一体に延設し、このボルト防護壁部をシリンダ8と反対側に折り曲げることによってボルト防護壁26を形成した。【選択図】図1
