PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric material that achieves improvement in reliability.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric material is represented by a mixed crystal comprising a complex oxide having a perovskite structure and a rhombohedral structure and a complex oxide having a perovskite structure and a tetragonal structure, in which a molar ratio (rhombohedral/tetragonal) of the complex oxide having a rhombohedral structure to the complex oxide having a tetragonal structure is 0.54 or more and less than 1.20.
【課題】信頼性の向上を図ることができる圧電材料を提供する。【解決手段】ペロブスカイト構造を有していて菱面体晶構造を有する複合酸化物と、ペロブスカイト構造を有していて正方晶構造を有する複合酸化物と、を含む混晶として表され、菱面体晶構造を有する複合酸化物と正方晶構造を有する複合酸化物とのモル比(菱面体晶/正方晶)は、0.54以上1.20未満である。【選択図】図2
