FALLING STONE PROTECTION NET USED WITH FALLING STONE PROTECTION FENCE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a falling stone protection net capable of sufficiently absorbing an impact of a falling stone.SOLUTION: A falling stone protection net 2 is stretched between pillars 1 erected with an interval in between. The falling stone protection net 2 comprises a warp knitted fabric 4 and a net 5 connected on the four sides of the warp knitted fabric 4. The warp knitted fabric 4 is in general a raschel knitted fabric. The raschel knitted fabric comprises a pair of chain knitted yarns and two insertion yarns inserted into each of the chain knitted yarns. A knot part on a prescribed course is formed by inserting the insertion yarns inserted into each of the chain knitted yarns into another pair of the chain knitted yarns. The net 5 is fabricated with two pairs each of S-stranded yarns and Z-stranded yarns, or a total of four pairs. In the course of fabrication, the S-stranded yarns are S-wound and the Z-stranded yarns are Z-wound.
【課題】 落石の衝撃を十分に吸収しうる落石防護ネットを提供する。【解決手段】 この落石防護ネット２は、間隔を置いて立設された支柱１間に張設されてなる。落石防護ネット２は、経編物４と経編物４の上下左右辺に取り付けられた綱５とで構成されている。経編物４は一般的にラッセル編物である。ラッセル編物は、２本一組の鎖編糸と各鎖編糸内に挿入された２本の挿入糸とで編成されている。所定のコースにおける結節部は、各鎖編糸に挿入されている挿入糸が他の組の鎖編糸に挿入されることにより形成されている。綱５は、Ｓ撚りのストランド２本一組とし、Ｚ撚りのストランド２本一組として、各々二組づづ合計四組用いて編組する。編組の際に、Ｓ撚りのストランドはＳ巻きにし、Ｚ撚りのストランドはＺ巻きにしたものである。【選択図】 図５
