SEGMENT MANUFACTURING METHOD AND REHABILITATION PIPE USING THE SEGMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost manufacturing method for a segment that may be used with existing pipes of varying diameters, to be installed on rehabilitation pipes of varying sizes.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the present invention is for manufacturing, by injection molding and using a mold 10, a segment 1 used with a plurality of polygonal or cylindrical rehabilitation pipes that are installed on an inner side of an existing pipe having a roughly circular cross-section, along the peripheral and longitudinal directions of the existing pipe for rehabilitating the existing pipe. The segment 1 is molded using a common mold 11 and a deflection mold 16, through the steps for: calculating an angle of inclination of an outer surface of first and second flange parts 3, 4 to a base part 2, the angle being suited to the diameter of the existing pipe; providing a deflection mold 16 that suits the angle of inclination; and injecting molded materials. Thus, the segment 1 that may be used with existing pipes of varying diameters and installed on rehabilitation pipes of varying sizes may be manufactured using the common mold 11.
【課題】異なる径を有する既設管に対応可能な、異なる大きさの更生管に配設されるセグメントを低コストで製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の製造方法は、断面略円形の既設管の内側に、既設管の周方向および長さ方向に複数配設され、既設管を更生する多角円筒状の更生管に用いられるセグメント1を、金型10を用いて射出成型により製造する方法であって、セグメント1が、共通の金型11および偏向金型16を用いて成形され、既設管の径に応じて、第1および第2のフランジ部3、4の外面の、基部2に対する傾斜角を算出する工程、傾斜角に応じた偏向金型16を提供する工程、成形用材料を射出する工程とを備え、異なる径の既設管に対応可能な、異なる大きさの更生管に配設されるセグメント1を共通の金型11を用いて製造可能であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
