COMPONENT FOR FORMING VENTILATION LAYER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component for forming a ventilation layer simply and reliably between a heat insulation material and a sheathing roof board or other board materials, the component having sufficient form retention property, durability and moisture permeability, being high in workability and suited for volume production, and suppliable at low costs.SOLUTION: A non-woven fabric material 1 is vacuum-molded for installing multiple hollow protrusions 2 to 4 over the entire surface, the hollow protrusion having a height equivalent to a shorter width of a cross-section of a ventilation layer to be formed between wooden frame members 21, thereby making ventilation possible through gaps between the hollow protrusions 2 to 4. Both side edges of the non-woven fabric material 1 is extended outward, and a recessed fold part 6 and a projected fold part 7 are formed on the extended part for forming an extended/contracted side surface 5 that may be extended/contracted in the width direction. When the extended/contracted side surface 5 is extended and installed between the wooden frame members 21, the extended/contracted side surface may be engaged between the wooden frame members 21 by a thrust force that accompanies a restitutive force of the extended/contracted side surface 5.
【課題】十分な保型性、耐久性並びに透湿性を有していて施工性に優れ、しかも量産に適していて低コストにて供給でき、断熱材と野地板等の板材との間に容易且つ確実に通気層を形成するのに好適な、通気層形成用部材を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】不織布基材1を真空成形することにより、その全面に亘り、木枠21間に形成しようとする通気層断面の短寸幅に相当する高さの中空突出部2〜4を多数配設して、中空突出部2〜4間の空隙を通気可能にし、不織布基材1の両側辺を外方向に延長し、その延長部分に谷折り部6と山折り部7を形成して幅方向に伸縮可能な伸縮側面5を形成する。この伸縮側面5を伸縮させて木枠21間に配置した際に、伸縮側面5の復元力に伴う突っ張り力によって木枠21間に係止可能となる。【選択図】図4
