SOUND ABSORPTION PANEL USING CORE MATERIAL AND POROUS BOARD MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption panel which has an absorption layer and a sound insulation layer formed with an air layer interposed and that has the air layer easily formed and improves sound absorbing performance through irregular reflection by a partition wall of an opening core and repetition of convergence and diffusion by a through hole.SOLUTION: A paper core layer 1 having a thickness tis formed by sandwiching, bonding, and fixing both surfaces of a porous board material 25 having a through hole between a first paper core material 4 and a second paper core material 4a made of craft paper having many opening cores 5. The area of the through hole 26 is much smaller than the area of the opening cores 5. An integrated panel 40 having respective layers laminated is constituted by sticking and bonding a sound absorption layer 20 having thickness tformed by compressing a special felt material to one surface 6 (the side of first paper core material 4) of the paper core layer 1 and a sound insulation layer 30 having thickness tmade of a steel plate to the other surface 6a (the side of the second paper core material 4a) respectively. A frame material 42 is fitted to the four sides of the panel material 40, and the sound absorption panel is used with the sound absorption layer 20 directed to a noise source.
【課題】空気層を挟んで吸収層と遮音層を形成した吸音パネルで、空気層を容易に構成し、開口コアの隔壁で乱反射し、透孔で収束と拡散を繰り返して、吸音性能を高める。【解決手段】透孔を有する多孔ボード材25の両面を、多数の開口コア5を有するクラフト紙からなる第1ペーパーコア材4と、第2ペーパーコア材4aとで挟んで接着固定して、厚さt1のペーパーコア層1を形成する。透孔26の面積は開口コア5の面積より充分に小さい面積とする。ペーパーコア層1の一面(第1ペーパーコア材4側)6に、特殊フェルト材を圧縮して形成した厚さt2の吸音層20を、他面(第2ペーパーコア材4a側)6aに鋼板からなる厚さt3の遮音層30をそれぞれ密着させて接着して、各層が積層された一体のパネル40を構成する。パネル材40の四周に枠材42を取り付け、吸音層20を騒音源に向けてて使用する。【選択図】図1
