PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard rail which is excellent in impact absorption, durability and maintainability, which has sufficient deviation preventing performance, guidance performance, scattering prevention performance and the like, and which can secure visibility as needed.SOLUTION: A guard rail includes a three-dimensional net plate 1 in which a plurality of coiled wires are arranged by being intertwined in such a manner as to be flush with one another, which has a thickness corresponding to a coil diameter and which forms a rectangular flat plate-like contour, and a support 3 which has a base 31 fixed to a foundation and a longitudinal attachment part 35 extended from the base 31. The attachment part 35 is attached in parallel with a vertical edge part 15 of the three-dimensional net plate 1.
