POWDER RAPID HARDENING AGENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder rapid hardening agent having excellent rapid hardening properties and strength development.SOLUTION: Provided is a powder rapid hardening agent comprising aluminum sulfate of 100 pts. and a bisphenol based condensate of 0.01 to 7 pts. The hydration number of the aluminum sulfate is preferably 6 to 18. The average molecular weight of the bisphenol based condensate is preferably 1,000 to 30,000. As the bisphenol based condensate, bisphenol S is preferable. Further, a fluorine compound, carboxylic acids and gypsum may be included therein. Also provided is a spraying method where cement and the powder and the powder rapid hardening agent are mixed.
【課題】優れた急結性や強度発現性を有する粉体急結剤の提供。【解決手段】硫酸アルミニウム100部とビスフェノール系縮合物0.01〜7部を含有する粉体急結剤。硫酸アルミニウムの水和数は6〜18が好ましい。ビスフェノール系縮合物の平均分子量は1,000〜30,000が好ましい。ビスフェノール系縮合物はビスフェノールSが好ましい。更に、フッ素化合物、カルボン酸類、石膏を含有しても良い。セメントと、該粉体急結剤を混合する吹付け工法。【選択図】なし
