PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic oil tank device having an L-shaped hydraulic oil tank, capable of securing a fitting area needed for fitting and fixing a tank cover that covers a filter insertion hole on a top surface of the hydraulic oil tank.SOLUTION: A hydraulic oil tank device has a lower tank section with a top surface on which an object is mounted, and a hydraulic oil tank shaped into an L-shape with the lower tank section and an upper tank section protruding upward from the lower tank section. A filter insertion hole for inserting a filter is formed on a top surface of the upper tank section, and a tank cover that closes the filter insertion hole is fitted and fixed. The upper tank section has an overhung part that overhangs on the top surface of the lower tank section from a top edge part of the upper tank section.
