LATTICE HARDWARE, TRUSS AND BEAM STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify upper and lower main reinforcements without decreasing reliability of the main reinforcements, enable the upper and lower main reinforcements to be held at a prescribed height and arranged on a beam without using a spacer and improve work efficiency.SOLUTION: A lattice hardware A is structured by attaching main reinforcement holding members 4,5 at an upper end and a lower end of a bent reinforcement 3 that is bent in vertical direction. A truss B is structured by aligning multiple lattice hardware A in longer direction and making the main reinforcement holding member 5 at the upper end and the main reinforcement holding member 4 at the lower end of multiple lattice hardware A hold each main reinforcement 6 and 7, respectively. Bar arrangement of a beam is performed by arranging this truss B on both sides of the beam along the longer direction. The lattice hardware and the truss according to this invention can be used for various purposes without limiting to the purpose of constructing a beam.
【課題】この発明は、主筋の信頼性を低下させることなく、上下の主筋を一体化し、スペーサーを用いることなく上下の主筋を所定の高さに保持して小梁に配設することを可能とし、作業効率の向上を図ることを課題とするものである。【解決手段】上下方向に屈曲された屈曲鉄筋3の上端部及び下端部に主筋保持部材4,5を取り付けてラチス金物Aを構成する。このラチス金物Aを複数長手方向に配設し、複数のラチス金物Aの上端部の主筋保持部材5と下端部の主筋保持部材4にそれぞれ1本の主筋6,7を保持させてトラスBを構成する。このトラスBを小梁の両側に長手方向に沿って配設して小梁の配筋を行う。なお、この発明のラチス金物及びトラスは、小梁構成用に限ることなく、種々の用途に使用することができる。【選択図】図1
