REFRACTORY PRODUCT HAVING HIGH ZIRCONIA CONTENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide refractory products with improved electrical resistivity, without having to use dopants, while having resistance to corrosion by glass, in which the refractory products can be used in high-quality glass melting furnaces.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a refractory product obtained by molten casting, the refractory product comprising, in weight percentages on the basis of the oxides and for a total of 100% of the oxides: ZrO+HfO: remainder to 100% 4.5%<0.80%, 0.3%<0.15%, NaO+KO<0.1%, KO<0.04%, CaO+SrO+MgO+ZnO+BaO<0.4%, pO<0.05%, FeO+TiO<0.55%, other oxide species, optionally including YO:<1.5%, where YO<0.3%, the "A/B" ratio of AlO/BOcontent by weight being 0.5 to 2.0.
【課題】ガラスによる腐食に対する耐性を有しながら、ドーパントを使用せず、改善された電気抵抗率が要求される、高品質ガラス溶解炉内で使用可能な耐火製品の提供。【解決手段】酸化物に基づく重量百分率で前記酸化物の合計100%に対して、ZrO2+Hf2O:100%までの補完分4.5%<SiO2<6.0%、Al2O3<0.80%、0.3%<B2O3<1.0%、Ta2O5+Nb2O5<0.15%、Na2O+K2O<0.1%、K2O<0.04%、CaO+SrO+MgO+ZnO+BaO<0.4%、P2O6<0.05%、Fe2O3+TiO2<0.55%、任意的にY2O3を含む他の酸化物種:<1.5%、但しY2O3<0.3%、を含み溶融鋳造して得られる耐火製品であって、Al2O3/B2O3重量含有量の比A/Bが0.5〜2.0である耐火製品。【選択図】なし
