ATTIC SPACE VENTILATION STRUCTURE OF FLAT ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attic space ventilation structure of a flat roof capable efficiently ventilating the attic space.SOLUTION: The attic space ventilation structure of a flat roof includes: a roof panel 60 constituted of plural roof panel component units 32 which includes a roof face material 78 disposed at the upper side in a building vertical direction, a roof panel end joist 74 supporting the roof face material 78 and a roof panel joist 70, which is disposed to a roof part 20 of a building 10 having a flat roof structure; a slit part 84 which is formed between the neighboring roof panel component units 32 in the roof panel 60 communicating with an attic space 62; and a vent hole 88 which is formed at a position corresponding to the slit part 84 in an outer wall face material 50 covering an end part 83 of the roof panel 60 outside the building penetrating the outer wall face material 50 in a thickness direction.
【課題】効率的に換気できる陸屋根の小屋裏換気構造を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】陸屋根構造とされた建物10の屋根部20に配置され、建物上下方向の上側に設けられる屋根面材78と屋根面材78を支持する屋根パネル端根太材74と屋根パネル根太材70とを含んで構成された複数の屋根パネル構成部32と、を有する屋根パネル60と、屋根パネル60における隣接する屋根パネル構成部32同士の間に設けられると共に、小屋裏空間62と連通したスリット部84と、屋根パネル60の端部83を建物外側から覆った外壁面材50におけるスリット部84と対応した位置に外壁面材50の板厚方向に貫通する通気孔88と、を備えた陸屋根の小屋裏換気構造。【選択図】図2
