PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolving stop mechanism capable of restraining a revolving super structure from erroneously revolving and a track/road excavator with a circuit for the same.SOLUTION: A track/road excavator 100 includes: an undercarriage 110 having a right and left pair of crawlers 11 traveling on a road, and a track wheel traveling on a track (a track front wheel 12 and a track rear wheel 13); a revolving super structure 120 held on the undercarriage 110 so as to revolve; and a leader 20 supporting an auger 22 corresponding to an excavating device vertically movably held in front of the revolving super structure 120 in a derricking manner. The track/road excavator 100 further includes revolving position detection means (a revolving detection device 150) for detecting a revolving position of the revolving super structure 120 with respect to the undercarriage 110, a revolving stop function (an electric circuit 200) for stopping the revolving of the revolving super structure 120, and a revolving stop switch 201 for enabling the revolving stop function (the electric circuit 200).
