WOOD SIDING WALL-TYPE WOODEN BEAM UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden truss beam unit that allows efficient construction of a floor framing, a roof truss and other planar structures of a large building, at the same time possessing sufficient strength to withstand vertical and horizontal loads and impact loads, and reducing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: In a wooden beam unit used for constructing a floor framing, a roof truss and other planar structures of a building, a single wooden beam B includes a plurality of long plate materials 1, 1, ..., lined up parallelly in a plate width direction without leaving a gap, and reinforcing plywood 2, 2, ..., fitted to cover entire side surfaces on both sides of the long plate materials 1, 1, ..., lined up in the plate width direction. A plurality of the wooden beams B is lined up parallelly in a beam width direction, and adjacent wooden beams B, B are connected and integrated by a joint plate material 3 placed orthogonally to the beams when seen in a planar view.
【課題】 大型建築物において床組や屋根組等の平面構造物を効率的に施工できるだけでなく、鉛直方向および水平方向の荷重や衝撃負荷に対しての充分な強度を有し、しかも、製造コストも低減できる木製トラス梁ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】 建築物の床組や屋根組等の平面構造物を構築するために用いられる木製梁ユニットにおいて、木製梁B単体を、板幅方向に平行に隙間なく並べられた複数の長尺板材1・1…と;これら板幅方向に並んだ長尺板材1・1…の側面全体を覆うように両面に張り付けられた補強用合板2・2とを含んで構成すると共に、前記木製梁Bを梁幅方向に平行に並置し、かつ、隣り合う木製梁B・B同士をこれらと平面視で直交する継ぎ板材3によって連結一体化して構成した。【選択図】 図1
