METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ESTIMATING FILLED DEPTH OF CRACK REPAIR MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR SELECTING CRACK REPAIR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for estimating a filled depth of a crack repair material, as well as a method for selecting a crack repair material, capable of accurately estimating the filled depth of a repair material before repair work of cracks of diverse widths that could develop on a concrete structure, thus helping to select an optimum repair material in view of the filled depth.SOLUTION: A method for estimating a filled depth of a crack repair material comprises: a first step in which a crack of a prescribed width developed on a concrete structure is simulated by immersing a glass tube 1 having an inner diameter that equals the prescribed width into a tray 2 filled with a crack repair material m, and an infiltration height of the crack repair material m in the glass tube 1 is measured; and a second step in which a filled depth is estimated when the crack repair material m is filled into the crack of the prescribed width that developed on the concrete structure, on the basis of the measured infiltration height.
【課題】コンクリート構造物に生じ得る様々な幅のひび割れに対しても、補修施工前に補修材の充填深さを精度よく予測することができ、もって、充填深さの観点から最適な補修材の選定に供することのできる、ひび割れ補修材の充填深さを推定する方法およびシステムと、ひび割れ補修材の選定方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物に生じた所定幅のひび割れを模擬し、該所定幅を内径とするガラス管1を、ひび割れ補修材mを収容するトレイ2に浸漬させ、ガラス管1内におけるひび割れ補修材mの浸透高さを測定する第1のステップ、測定された浸透高さに基づいて、コンクリート構造物に生じた所定幅のひび割れに対してひび割れ補修材mを充填した際の充填深さを推定する第2のステップからなる、ひび割れ補修材の充填深さを推定する方法である。【選択図】図1
