METHOD FOR RENEWING SEWERAGE PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for destroying an existing sewerage pipe for certain and laying a new sewerage pipe in place of the destroyed existing sewerage pipe.SOLUTION: A traction member is placed from a first manhole to a second manhole through an existing sewerage pipe. The traction member is fitted on a flexible pipe housing a traction member for a renewal pipe and an auxiliary traction member, and the traction member is pulled for drawing the flexible pipe from the first manhole to the second manhole through the existing sewerage pipe. A pressure medium is filled in the existing sewerage pipe, an explosive device is fitted on the auxiliary traction member, and the auxiliary traction member is pulled to draw the explosive device into the flexible pipe. The explosive device is ignited for destroying the existing sewerage pipe. A thrusting device is installed in the first manhole, while a traction device is installed in the second manhole. The traction member for a renewal pipe is fitted on a first renewal pipe, and subsequent renewal pipes are sequentially pushed in by the thrusting device while pulling the traction member for a renewal pipe with the traction device.
