ELECTRICAL PADLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical padlock that includes an electrical lock mechanism part having a reduced mechanical load, has no internal power source, and is of outdoor specification.SOLUTION: An electrical padlock 1 comprises: a lock body 2; shackle 3; and locking mechanism 4. The locking mechanism 4 comprises: locking members 5, 6; a blocker 7; a latch member 8; and an electrical driver 9 for the latch member 8. The locking members 5, 6 are engaged with and disengaged from the shackle 3. The blocker 7 is manually operated so that the locking members 5, 6 are engaged with notches 311, 321 at a locking position and are disengaged from the notches 311, 321 at an unlocking position. The locking members 5, 6 and the blocker 7 directly lock the shackle 3. The latch member 8 is not directly connected to the shackle 3, is impervious to water, and has a reduced mechanical load. The electrical driver 9 is connected to an external power source and is operated outside the lock body 2 by only a specific user to drive the latch member 8 and bind the blocker 7 at a locking position or release the blocker 7. The electrical padlock 1 is free from malfunction caused by rain water or freezing because of having no mechanical lock.
【課題】電気的なロック機構部への機械的負荷を低減した、内部電源を備えない屋外仕様の電気式南京錠を提供する。【解決手段】電気式南京錠1は、錠本体2、シャックル3、施錠機構4を具備する。施錠機構4は、施錠部材5,6、ブロッカー7、ラッチ部材8、ラッチ部材8の電気的駆動装置9を具備する。施錠部材5,6は、シャックル3に係脱する。ブロッカー7は、施錠位置で施錠部材5,6をノッチ311,321に係合させ、解錠位置で係合を外すよう、手動操作する。施錠部材5,6と、ブロッカー7でシャックル3を直接ロックする。ラッチ部材8は、シャックル3に直結せず、遮水され、機械的負荷が小さい。外部電源につながる電気的駆動装置9は、特定使用者のみが錠本体2外で操作してラッチ部材8を駆動し、ブロッカー7を施錠位置に拘束・解放する。機械的錠前がなく、雨水や凍結による動作不良を生じない。【選択図】図3
