ROTATIONAL DISPLACEMENT MONITORING METHOD OF STEEL PIPE PILE AND SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational displacement monitoring method of a steel pipe pile which can accurately grasp the rotational displacement of the steel pipe pile to be driven in real time, and a system.SOLUTION: Three pieces of reference lines 7a, 7b and 7c which linearly extend in a pile length direction, and are arranged in parallel at equal intervals in a circumferential direction are formed on a surface of a steel pipe pile 5 in advance, the steel pipe pile 5 is photographed by a digital camera 2 from a front face when the steel pipe pile 5 is driven, the three pieces of the reference lines 7a, 7b and 7c and positions of both ends 6a, 6b of the steel pipe pile 5 in a pile width direction are sequentially acquired as image data, a rotational displacement amount (rotation angle θ) of the steel pipe piles 5 is sequentially calculated by a calculation device 3 on the basis of the acquired image data, and a rotational displacement state of the steel pipe plie 5 is grasped in real time.
【課題】打設する鋼管杭の回転ずれをリアルタイムで精度よく把握できる鋼管杭の回転ずれ監視方法およびシステムを提供する。【解決手段】鋼管杭5の表面に杭長手方向に直線状に延びて周方向に等間隔をあけて平行に配置された3本の基準線7a、7b、7cを予め設け、鋼管杭5を打設している際に、鋼管杭5を正面からデジタルカメラ2により撮影して、3本の基準7a、7b、7c線および鋼管杭5の杭幅方向両端6a、6bの位置を画像データとして逐次取得し、この取得した画像データに基づいて演算装置4により鋼管杭2の回転ずれ量(回転角度θ)を逐次算出して、この鋼管杭5の回転ずれ状態をリアルタイムで把握する。【選択図】図2
